Paul O’Leary, Jr., P.E. has over 40 years of Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering experience. Before founding O’Leary-Burke, from 1989 to 1998 Paul was a partner at the consulting firm of Lamoureux, Stone & O’Leary and headed the Construction Engineering Division.
David Burke has over 35 years of Civil Engineering and Survey experience. After initially working for a local Architectural firm, Weimann-Lamphere, David joined Lamoureux, Stone & O’Leary in 1986. As a Project Engineer, he oversaw both commercial and residential projects from project inception, through design, permitting, and construction. David served as the firm’s Permit Specialist during his tenure there.
Karl Marchessault, P.E. has over 25 years of Civil Engineering and Surveying experience. Karl worked at Lamoureux, Stone & O’Leary while attending Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Karl was the first employee at O’Leary-Burke in June of 1998. Karl became a partner in the firm in 2017 and continues to work with a strong emphasis on construction management and stormwater design/permitting.
Bryan Currier, P.E. has 9 years of Civil Engineering and Surveying experience with O’Leary-Burke since he joined the firm in 2012. He graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Bryan has extensive experience designing, permitting, and managing residential and commercial construction projects throughout the State of Vermont.
